I would like to say that the lady who booked my van in was very helpful and pleasant to me during the process. I am sure I bombarded her with too many questions to which she did her very best at answering. She also did not laugh at me as I attempted to reverse the caravan for the very first time !!. A credit to your operation.

we will not be renewing our caravan storage contract for plot 81. We have
decided to give up caravanning and as a consequence we sold our caravan

We collected our Motorhome ( 241 ) on Saturday, and I know
the guys had to mess about jump starting it on Friday.
Just to say, many thanks for taking the time to put the starter battery
on charge over night on Friday, ready for us to collect Saturday morning.

Good Morning,
I brought our caravan to store with you yesterday and just wanted to say how impressed I was, not only with your site but also your staff.
Through all the phone calls and emails with Pauline and Philip made by Caroline and myself to meeting John when I delivered the caravan yesterday we were made to feel very welcome. You were all extremely helpful and made us feel that nothing was a problem, a major change from where the caravan was stored previously.
We look forward to getting to know you and using your services for a long time or as long as our caravan keeps going. (but not at 5am as Caroline promised Pauline)
